At Blessed Mama Days, we want you to love your purchase! If there is an issue with your order, please contact us so we can help.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- Free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of use
- Returned with any original packaging, when applicable
Some products may be final sale or non-returnable, including personalized, customized, or made-to-order items. Any applicable exclusions will be stated on the product listing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can determine the best way to assist you.
If the issue is the result of an error on our part or the item arrived damaged, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional time to process the refund and return the funds to your account.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged product.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges because many of our products are made to order. If you need a different size, color, or product, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
